All Star Worlds

All Star Worlds was an amazing experience.  The production was fabulous.  The girls loved the back stage paparazzi camera.  Lots of friends and family watched the live stream feed from home which made it even more special.  Rubies advanced to Day 2 and HIT their routine.  They looked amazing on stage and placed 8th in their division against some very talented teams.  This was the first time all season they were allowed to compete mask-free...and it was phenomenal to watch.  We loved everything about our experience at All Star Worlds and look forward to many many, more end of year comps!

Fun in Florida!

Although cheer may have brought us here...WE ARE ON VACATION!!!  It's been far too long since this family has had some travel times together.  It's hot, humid, and oh so lovely!  Spent our first day at the resorts pool getting some vitamin D.

Allie was stoked to be practicing at TOP GUN while in Orlando and this practice wear is adorable!

Commemorating these moments with a team photo shoot.  They clean up pretty well after being all hot and sweaty from a practice!  Look at these lovely ladies!  What a beautiful group of gals.  Time with cheer families...so much fun!

Ch-ERIE-ing in PA

Another cheer COMP-CATION with cheer besties!  Lots of fun at photo shoots around town and on the lake.  Rubies and Topaz both competed, but on separate days...and they both HIT!  Way to go, girls!

St. Patty's Day

Lucky visited and left us some goodies...he dodged Allie's trap!  ...and we sipped a delicious Shamrock Shake as we always do on St. Patty's Day.

Cheer Derby

When in Louisville...you visit Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby!  These little ladies learned all about the Derby, it's famous horses and jockeys.  We had fun touring the racetrack and learning about it's history with our fancy MCC derby hats! The mom's sipped mint julips while the gals practiced their horse riding skills...riding on each other's backs!

Second to performing while at travel comps...and visiting the local attractions...is staying with one of your cheer besties!

Unfortunately Allie's teams didn't place as well as hoped...but they sure did put on a great performance on at least of the days for each of her teams.  Because Michigan sports are at such a disadvantage this year, we are just thankful for the time we are allowed to practice and perform.  This year's goal: don't get last!  At HIT is a win in my book!
