I am so excited to say that we have a family of swimmers. No more Sunday morning swim class for this little guy. Ayden graduated to level 7 and is officially able to save his life if need be. Bye-bye floaties!

A Smashing Fun Birthday
We decided to celebrate Ayden turning six a little early...before school started. Ayden invited all his best buds to the backyard for a smashing good time in a Monster Truck bounce house and Grave Digger piƱata.
Ayden served some smashing yummy goodies to his crew! Chocolate covered doughnut tires, pudding pit mud, and pretzel dipsticks were a hit. Mommy decorated the monster cake using Ayden's favorite monster trucks. Oreos and Hershey kisses made the perfect monster pit mud. The whole crew had a cool tire cup to help stay refreshed after jumping in the monster truck bounce house in the summer heat. Ayden's buddies received a monster truck of their very own!

Seattle
While waiting in Seattle for our ship to deport to Alaska, we came in a day early to enjoy the sights and eat some treats!
The kids were very excited to ride up to the top of the Space Needle. They got a kick out standing on the rotating floor, and watching Todd tremble a bit on the glass under his feet...looking down at the Seattle streets.

We ate our way through Pike's Place Market. Beecher's cheese store and Ellen-0's Greek Yogurt were my favorites. The kids loved the doughnuts and the giant turkey legs were a sight a see!
After lunch, we strolled through germiest place I've ever been to....Seattle's Gum Wall. It was truly the most disgusting place I've ever experienced. Allie was thrilled to add her very own gum to the wall while I prayed she wouldn't touch anyone else's gum. It was so GROSS!!!

Last Day of School
Hooray for summer!! These two were counting down the days...especially Ayden. Both kiddos have a successful school year. Allie is a Gretchko graduate. She will be off to Scotch next year for third grade. It's hard to believe we won't be in the same school in the fall.
Ayden was a leader in Transitional Kindergarten. He was always a huge help to Mrs. Bairski all year long. Ayden will always remember his special lunches with his teacher and the friendships he made with Logan, Henri, Peyton and Javen.
Allie soared through second grade. She loved Mrs. Pawlaczyk! Mrs. Pawlaczyk was always positive, clam, encouraging, and nurturing...all of Allie's favorite traits in a teacher. Some of Allie's favorite things about second grade were her soft start time, the friendships she made with Paige, Peyton, Kamile, and Zoya, and the field trip to Apple Island.

It's official! Allie signed onto her new team, Patriot Rays. Allie and her new team celebrated at the first annual Military Ball with green and blue snack, treats and goodies. The athletes walked the blue carpet, signed their team agreements and then danced the night away. Looking forward to a gRAYt season. Let's go RAYS!

A Patroit
The much anticipated day has arrived! Allie has been asking NON-STOP if I found out which RAYS team she made. Moments after I received the email, I wrapped it up for her to open. She squealed. She screamed. She was THRILLED to be on a level 1 junior team this season. Allie Rae will be a Patriot Ray for the 2019-2020 cheer season.
